Weekly light housekeeping and linen changes
Assessments by registered nurse
Health aides and on-call registered nurse 24/7
All team members are specially trained in dementia care

Emergency call system (answered 24-hours a day) in each apartment
Monthly vitals check by clinical team
Professional management services by Minnewaska Community Health Services
Access to 24/7 home care
